These terms cover your use of the call answering and message forwarding service provided by Veteran Tech Solutions LLC. Signing up for the service means you accept them.

What the service does

We answer calls forwarded to us from your business line, collect the caller's name, callback number, and a description of the job, and send you a text summary. We are an answering and message service. We do not quote prices, schedule work, dispatch crews, or make commitments on your behalf unless you have asked us to in writing.

Not for emergencies

The service is not an emergency line. Callers with a gas leak, fire, medical emergency, or other danger should hang up and call 911. Do not use the service as the only point of contact for emergency dispatch.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for setting up call forwarding with your carrier, for keeping your callback number current, and for the accuracy of the greeting and script you approve. You are responsible for returning the calls we pass to you.

You agree not to use the service for anything unlawful, or to send messages through us that would violate telemarketing or messaging rules.

Billing

The service is billed monthly in advance. There is no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time and the service ends at the close of the billing month you have paid for. We do not prorate partial months.

Availability

We work to keep the service running around the clock, but it depends on telephone carriers, internet hosting, and other providers we do not control. We do not promise uninterrupted service and we are not liable for calls missed during an outage.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or other indirect damages.

Content and ownership

Caller information collected for your business belongs to you. The software, prompts, scripts, and this website belong to Veteran Tech Solutions LLC. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Las Animas County, Colorado.
